Good Shepherd Christian School

Good Shepherd Christian School is not in operation for the school year 2020-21. There is a committee exploring future possibilities. If interested, please contact 845-339-4488.

Good Shepherd Christian School has been a ministry of Morning Star Christian Fellowship since 1980. Good Shepherd School is a Kindergarten through 8th grade school which offers excellent education in an atmosphere of Christ’s love. Good Shepherd teaches and honors God’s word, and promotes behavior which is consistent with the life of Jesus.

Adopt-A-Nation

The “International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church” was founded in 1996 because there are many countries where Christians are at risk practicing their faith. With more Christians martyred during the twentieth century than all nineteen previous centuries combined, consistent prayer is a primary request. Adopt-A-Nation simplifies the task of joining others in mobilizing prayer for millions and millions of people.

The Bible

We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old & New Testaments, to be the only inspired, inerrant, authoritative Word of God.

icon box image

God

We believe there is one God, eternally existent and manifested as Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, his sinless life, in the atoning power of His Blood, in His bodily resurrection in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return to Earth in Power and glory.

Resurrection

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved. They that are saved to eternal life and they that are unsaved unto eternal damnation.

Welcome to Morning Star!

Morning Star Christian Fellowship is composed of individuals who have made Jesus Christ Lord of their lives. We share our life together in Christian fellowship, seeking to strengthen each other in faith development through worship, teaching, preaching, fellowship and service. Beyond this, we strive to express the compassion of Jesus Christ to all persons along with our personal commitment to Christ-like living.
